Matthew Pahl is a Security Researcher at DomainTools and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. His duties included time spent at NSA, NRO, and CIA, serving in various roles such as signals intercept operator, all-source fusion analyst, and threat modeler. Matthew is interested in penetration testing, network intrusion, and technical collection and espionage. He is a Persian language speaker whose primary career focus has been the Islamic Republic of Iran. Matthew has a passion for philology, and will give kudos to anyone who can explain the difference between “Persephone” and “Persophone”.
